For up-to-date conditions, please call the park at 608-437-5711. As a general rule, Over Lode fares well in the spring; a few dry days in a row and it should be OK to ride. The rest of the trail system still has many long sections of mud and standing water, so please stay off.

Folks I hate to say it but the trails are saturated. The ground is soaked and getting worse, and we have fresh dirt from new trails that needs to dry. Please stay off the trails and hope for sunny dry weather. I will update as soon as the trails look likely to open.

The Farm

Caution
Was able to ride last night. It's slippery and the knobs filled up (was on the tractor), but could hardly see a treadmark behind me. Had to stop a lot to clean up down debris. Starting to get overgrown.
