i have a 43" x 43" sheet of white coroplast (corrugated plastic) available (free) if you would like to make fenders for your fatbike. i did not save my cardboard mock-up template but i can provide a sketch or you can take a pic if that would help.this sheet should be enough material for about 3 sets. i made a short one under the the front fork, one for the length of the downtube, and one from the seatstay bridge-down the seat tube to the chainstay bridge.
