We need people to step forward to fill the following open positions: Secretary, Communications and Membership. This is a great opportunity to give back to the community that has done so much to advancing mountain biking in south-central Wisconsin. IMO, in order to maximize the response rate and facilitate an effective role/volunteer match, you might consider posting a description for each position. The description should include duties, meeting commitments, required skills and expected time commitment. Without this information, many members may be unwilling to inquire about the opportunities, let alone commit to them.

The board member responsibilities have always been in the bylaws but I only found this searching where they used to be. I'm sure someone can get them to you. It might just be an oversight, but it would be nice if the bylaws were easily available to members.
