Thursday July 7 Trek and Anthill Films are bringing their new film Not2Bad to the Barrymore.  Check out the trailer: .  They will also be showing the prequel, NotBad: .  Ten dollars (thirteen day of) gets you a whole seat, but you'll only need the edge of it!  Not only that, but all of the proceeds benefit CORP.  So bring your friends, family, and neighbors, get psyched to ride, and help build trails to ride.  See you there!

Please note if you are volunteering that the Bike Valet Watchdogs will be watching the valet parked bikes, and not the movie.  The folks from Trek have assured me that they will receive "worthwhile compensation."  Everyone loves a surprise!

Sign up is going slowly.  Trek is doing all the heavy lifting on this event; it will be a little embarrassing if we can't muster a handful of folks to help out before and after.

Those were excellent movies, and a great event.  Thanks to Trek, Saris, the Barrymore, and everyone who came out.  Especially the volunteers; Melissa, George, Terri Lynn, Shane, Ande, Chad and Mike.  Working the bike valet was particularly enjoyable; re-uniting people with a wild variety of interesting bikes after the show was more fun than I would have guessed.

We just heard back from Trek; there were 221 people at the movie, and we netted $1000.  Not bad for an evening out.  Thanks again to Trek, Saris, and everyone who came out.  Second chance to see the movie on August 18 at Capital Brewery!
