    Construction near concrete bridge.

Anyone know what's going on out there?  As you cross the bridge and start to head up the new(er) climb the area to the right (I'm assuming neighboring property) has been completely cleared. There are several stakes in the area, one on that climb

One at the bottom of the down hill

And two on the trail along the lake

The closest stake in the last pic says center of storm structure all the others say center of storm pipe. It almost looks like they are running a storm sewer line from that property down to the ditch and it would cross the trail 3 times.

Makes sense that they'd drain into the ditch/pond at Quarry Ridge. Sucks if that means they'll ruin/close trails to do it.

I suggest and will offer help getting the developer or city to fix damage if it occurs. We got that on record for the bike park where a real estate development might some day change things.

A new development of homes is going to replace the quarry adjoining Quarry Ridge. Overall, this shouldn't impact the trails. There may be some minor closures as they put in drains as marked, but Quarry Ridge won't be closed as part of this.

When marking the uphill, we knew about this and that is why we carefully stayed back from the property line. It certainly looks different!
