    Hey all,

I'm planning on getting a decent BALLS training ride in on Sunday 3-25-12.  My plan in to head to Dodgeville and back on the Military Ridge Trail...should be about 50 miles.  If we continue to get soaked and the trail is too soft to ride, I'll hit the pavement for 50 instead.

I'll update sometime tomorrow after the weather plays out a bit so you can plan on your equipment.  I'll probably ride my BALLS set-up even if we end riding the road.

    Sunday 3-25-12 at 1:00PM.

Post up or e-mail if you're planning on coming.

Yeah, since the 20 miles I'm missing going from Barneveld to Mount Horeb and back are sooooo much tougher!

Actually I'm biking to Spring Green in the morning on Sunday so I'll have a 20 mile head start on the day.

You guys got a problem if we move it up to Noon?  We'll gain one more rider if we can go at noon.

Probably have to hook up with you enroute.

Should be getting back from Spring Green right about noon.

Otherewise that isn't a problem at all if you start out heading west.

Hey guys, it didn't rain in MH much yesterday, so lets give the trail a go today.  Bring your gravel rigs.

Awesome ride guys. Had lots of fun and it even inspired me wife to tell me she needs a cyclocross bike. Its nice when you have a wife that is geeked about bikes as you are. :)

Yep, thanks all for a great ride...it was a beautiful day to be out.  Got tan lines already in March!

What size and budget are you looking for?  I've seen some CX bikes on CL lately...

Nate, looking for probably a 52 or 53cm and cheaper the better. Hoping not to spend over $800 I guess.
