in Trailbuilding and Advocacy

Hi All,

As my first project on board I've been assigned to organize volunteers to help with the bike-o-rama next weekend, the 9th through the 11th. All we need to do is man the booth and hand out brochures. Time slots are 4 to 4.5 hours long.

Slots are:
Friday 12-4:30PM, 4:30-9PM
Saturday 8AM-12PM, 12-4:30PM, 4:30-8PM
Sunday 10AM-2PM, 2-6PM

Let me know if and when you can help out.
And Jeff Lenosky will be there performing, so you can check that out too! Times of his shows are:

Friday 4:30 6:30 8:30 pm
 Saturday 2:00 4:30 7:00 pm
 Sunday 12:45 2:30 5:00 pm

Great, thanks Tim! Just looking for 2 or 3 more volunteers. No need to stop there though, doubling up would be good!

BTW vacant time slots are 12-4:30 Friday, Saturday both 12-4:30 and 4:30 to 8, and Sunday 2-6.

Do we havy any CORP shirts that don't have Erik's Bike Shop on the back? 

We have lots of brown shirts in L and XL.

Nope.  The brown ones have "Erik's" plastered across the back.

We don't have any sponsor free shirts. 

We're short on time to get them, but lack of sponsor-free t shirts could be the perfect reason for for us to get CORP baseball hats and sell them as to raise money. I'm in for 1 - 2 if it's same or similar to the ones Blackhawk sells (they fit and last).

Everybody wears shirts (except for Bob).

I would never wear a CORP ball cap.

Ya sorry I'm not much of a hat wearer either.

Everyone should have a Battle of CamRock shirt. If they don't contact me.

Are you saying we should wear them while manning the table? Good idea, xcept isnt there a trek bike stores sponsorship on that?
