Hi all,
UW-Whitewater is hosting a collegiate race at Alpine Valley September 10-11, 2016 and we could really use some help!
For this year, it will only be run as a collegiate race with athletes participating in XC, STXC, Super D, and Team Relay throughout the 2 day event. It would be absolutely huge if some of you guys could help volunteer at the event. Many of the duties will be what is standard, such as course set-up/tear-down, course marshaling, feed-zone, and ect. I have a couple Whitewater guys on registration table so we're good on that end.
I don't have compensation for volunteers, but food, water, chairs, and other miscellaneous items will be provided to volunteers. The NMBP will be on hand for medical assistance.
We do have a greater need for volunteers Saturday, with XC and Super D going on.
Racing on Saturday will start at 11am, and conclude by 4pm. Racing Sunday will start at 8am and conclude by 1pm.
