I also want to extend a big thanks to the folks who built Seminole. I went out last night for the first time since the trail was really done (last ride was on a cyclocross bike when it was just roughed in). It's a great spot now. The beginner loop is fun even though it isn't technical at all and the more advanced loop has some really great features (those berms flow REALLY nicely).
