Curious if there is any info to share about mtb access at the new CXC Outdoor Center/Erdman Park?

I've seen teaser photos on Facebook about future mtb singletrack, and possibly fat bike trails, that are going to be built along the ski trails. Is there going to be groomed fat bike trails out there this winter?

Current plan is that the trailhead will move there in the next couple weeks, and we'll create some rudimentary trails to hook into the existing trails.  Additional trail on the new property depend on financing.  We'll see how things go on that front this winter and should have a plan and timeline in the spring.  Spring work will include a more formal build out of the trails to the new trailhead.  For the winter, the main advantage will be not having to figure out if the golf course is going to lock or unlock the gate at their parking lot.
