We've got a busy weekend coming up April 22-23. Not only should most of the trails be open (barring rain), and a trail workday out at Blackhawk, but there are two mountain bike fundraisers/parties!
On Friday night, the
Saris Gala returns, going back to its roots out at Saris headquarters, and now benefitting the Saris Foundation, which raises funds to help build community bike parks. Games, food, silent auction,
, what more could you ask for?
Well, you could ask for another awesome event on Saturday night! The
CORP Spring Fundraiser returns to Machinery Row Bicycles from 6-9. Beer from Delta Beer Lab and Sunshine Brewing, food for sale from Melted Food Truck, the famous Bottomless Door Prize Drawing (featuring a Giant Bicycle, cool stuff from Saris, and more!), and general good vibes. $20 at the door, kids get in free.
Earth Day, Spring riding, a little trail work, and two chances to raise funds for more local riding and have a good time doing it. Hope to see you out there!
