Closed:

3/21 update:  It seems like all the frost is out of the ground, but the ground is still saturated.  The honeysuckles are budding out, so they'll start sucking up some water.  A few warm windy days might get us there, but if it stays cool and rainy it could be a while yet.  Pump track is, as always, good to go.
