Hi friends,

I am considering doing more fat biking this winter! Before spending a lot of money on rentals or on buying a new bike, I thought I would ask if any of you have a small size fat bike that is looking to part with. Recommendations on where to buy used fat bikes are also very welcome.

Hi Irene,

I don't know of any places offhand that rent fat bikes, your best bet may be to call a local bike shop and see if they have any that you can try out.  Or, keep an eye out for bike demos, I know Fitchburg Cycles has done one or two and there are others... consider giving preference to the CORP sponsors at the bottom of the page!  In a couple months the Bike-o-Rama will be another good place to try out bikes.
