Gary and I finished work last night confirming that the reroute is optimal. The soil is not great near the ravine crossings in the last half of the reroute, and I wanted to go over the surrounding areas for the fourth time to make sure the proposed trail was in the best possible location. Thanks again Gary, for indulging my paranoia.
We walked the flag line to gather gps data, and the attached file is what I sent to the DNR last night.
Building this will be the main work at Blue Mound for 2015. We're off to a great start with last weekend's work day.
