in Group Rides, Bike Trips, and Events

Working season is ending, and riding season will commence in full if we ever dry out.I hear some of them are happening under the radar, but there is no reason for that.  If you lead one, or attend one regularly, get the details out.  You can even put it on the calendar!  Here is what I am aware of; no guarantee on the reliability of this information.

Monday: Quarry Ridge (details needed; this is just a rumor)
Tuesday:  Pleasant View (more than a rumor, I think 6:00)
Wednesday:  Quarry Ridge  (last years night; not sure if anyone is doing it this year)

Thursday:  Revolution Cycles  (varying destinations, starting at the shop; check their FB page)

Thursday:  Quarry Park  (not sure if this is happening this year, but it was last year)
Friday:  You are on you own

     

Tuesdays are Dirt Night at Middleton Bike Park, starts after work and goes til dark. It's less a group ride and more a come and hang out, dig, ride, or whatever! Runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day (then we go unofficial until it's too nasty to ride).

Monday is Q.R. at 5:30

I think we might start doing some Wed night rides at the mound this summer. No details yet.

Donley had a Mon night ride already organized

No reason there can't be two QR rides, if there is interest. 

If you are leading, organizing, usually attending, or involved some other way in a weekly ride that is not being publicized, please put it on the calendar, and make a posting specifically about that ride; update it periodically, too.  Those two things make it much easier for folks to find your ride.  And isn't that the point of a group ride?
