We've had questions about the Blackhawk site down for registration. That's for the full year aka ski season memberships. Existing members get first draw for renewals so the families have best chance to keep their kids progressing in lessons that are often full. The second membership draw always has a few of the limited quantity full family, full season memberships available but at that time popular lesson times are full. There's never a limit on on other membership types.

If you're interested in skiing know this method also helps keep a quality experience - no crowds, great lessons and great grooming.

MTB riders and trail runners still interested in this season can join via the old school .pdf print and mail method. Just do $25 for individual and $50 for family memberships. Your trail season goes until snow making covers the trails. You have a few months between now and a Thanksgiving morning ride.

    Registration form:

As you may or may not know, Blackhawk has had a most unfortunate two summers in terms of vandalism and all of our power tools were stolen recently. More than $10,000 of damage was done and thousands of tools were stolen. Because of this you will find the gates locked more often and we asked you to make sure the gates are locked at dark. You can always park outside the gates and ride or ride from Pleasant View.

These unfortunate events have also created the need to respect membership. It's a privilege to be able to ski and bike between the properties. Please be respectful and consider that law enforcement working the case can't discriminate.

We've started replacing the stolen tools this morning. Of course we depend upon volunteers but now the down trees and weeds can be cut.

Please consider joining for the great ride, to help keep the amazing trail work going, and help turn around the unfortunate recent events. You can send any questions email links on blackhawkskiclub.org page.
