Fantastic article! I enjoyed it a lot.

I have to pick this nit though. There is a place for making the effort to get legal authorization to build. Sometimes it takes years. We can win long-term victories.

It's not as sexy as a heroic tale of bucking the System, or standing up to the Man, but I like winning.
