Tentative opening of November 25th. First night a Monday Night Ride? :)
It has been bought by Sherrie Nelson, Trek Marketing Manager, and Derrik Nelson, who will be devoting full-time to running CamRock Sport, are the proud new owners.
    More details to come!

Derek is a coworker of mine and I just had a chance to talk to him about his plans. He's passionate about cycling and has kids that are into the sport as well, I'd say he's an ideal owner. It sounds like he's very excited to open up and make positive changes based on what the customers need.

Will they sell Treks then or any bike(s) or parts? I enjoy the cafe part of it sometimes, but always had a good look at the bikes and accessories there when I stopped in.

More questions to be answered. There is talk of being a demo site.
Funny as a local I enjoyed the cafe portion a lot (particularly the beer selection), and occasionally looked in the bike area. Mostly bike service for me, and getting parts ordered in.
I am really looking for a nice warm place to stop in now that the cool weather riding is here, and cold weather riding is not far away! Nothing like a little hot cocoa and schnapps to take the edge off and warm the cockles after a snowy ride :)

I'm not quite sure what demo site means... Could you explain. I got in 8 miles @ Camrock today. Finished up just as it started to rain. I hope it's still ok to park behind the cafe.
