    **Blackhawk Bash Club-Wide Equipment SWAP**

    New to the Bash this year is the club-wide equipment swap. Previously, this was a race team focused swap. This year it is expanding to include all members and all "sell-able" ski and biking equipment.  Here is what you should know:

    WHEN can items be dropped off?   Equipment can be dropped off after 10:30 am on Sunday, September 27th at the Wax Shack (trailer located beneath the 60-meter jump). Skiing, biking and related equipment will be accepted. Swap organizers may suggest alternatives to selling through the equipment swap if the items are unlikely to sell or represent a potential risk. For example, this could include old boots or helmets. 

    HOW should equipment be labeled?  All equipment should be tagged with the requested price and seller’s contact information including name and cell phone number.  Payments will be made by cash, check, or alternatives worked out between seller and buyer.

    WHAT happens with UNSOLD items?  Sellers should check back by 4:00 pm the day of the of the Bash to collect payments or pick up unsold equipment.
