It has been a few months since the fundraiser at Machinery Row and we are now getting ready to clear the corridor. We have selected and approved a contractor (fellow mtb'r) to remove the vegetation and leave us with a clean and clear corridor. After clearing we will be ready to bench cut where necessary (pretty minimal) and take care of a few drainage areas. We will post when we are ready for group workdays but we are hoping to keep the manual labor to a bare minimum. Stay tuned for updates on this new beginner friendly urban trail!

Very awesome news. A whole lot of work and time to get to this point. Great job to everyone who has been involved to date!

Josh, thank you for taking the lead on this one! I realize how much work it's been getting quotes with contractors and such. I will be around more from now on (as far as I know).
