That's at Reimer's Ranch County Park outside of Austin.  I helped build trail there several years ago.  I haven't seen that in person but saw the local forum discussion when it was being built.

Get a proposal together with drawings and cost estimates and who knows, it's possible.

We have a few other priorities though. Probably more ttf's in the lower straight section, changing that lower straight section into a non-straight section, making an easier trail up, and improving landings and takeoffs on freeride trails are all at the top.
