An unplanned group ride just happened, sort of. Thanks everyone for stopping by to chat and watch the sun go down in the parking lot.

It seemed a little unreal that the trails were actually open.

I'm hoping there's still time for a BBB event.

Gary confirmed that it's not just my imagination, the new reroute in Holy Schist is getting ridden in.
We had two people offer to help cut weeds. I will get hours back to devote to making that reroute into a show piece.

Great ride. Cleaning the climb on Holy Schist and going over the big rock on the reroute were my personal highlights. Low points were dinging my bash guard on aforementioned rock, tweaking leg on a save later on in Holy Schist, and finding another downed tree. Not too bad though, and the excellent ride totally made up for it.
