Ben Neff is resigning his role as board Secretary to assume the President’s position. Below is the job description taken from the bylaws:
The Secretary is responsible for keeping records of Board actions including preparing minutes of all meetings, sending notification of meetings with proposed agenda, distributing minutes to members, ensuring that organization records are maintained, and the timely submission of any periodic filings with the State of Wisconsin or the Internal Revenue Service, and other duties from time to time as may be assigned by the President or the Board.
You should be able to attend monthly meetings (usually the fourth Thursday at 7:00 pm), respond promptly to email communications, and generally work well with others. Please send inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org.
